Stress Reliever: Mind your Business

People have often made the statement "mind your own business'. Are they being rude? Are they annoyed? Maybe they are just tired of someone discussing private affairs with no real desire to help the situation. It's easy to direct your energy toward situations that do not affect you directly because there are no emotional attachments. Some people live for the opportunity to tell someone else's business. I've learned that if I focus on the situations going on in my life there will be no time left to put my nose in others people’s affairs.

Have you ever notice how easily it is to get emotionally involve with other peoples problems? How about this one. Have you ever found yourself getting mad because someone made a decision that was not what you would have chosen to do? Now you are mad, frustrated and stressed out because they made their on choice. Let’s be honest. In our opinion we can always decide what’s best for someone else even though we have no clue. What we should do is give advice when ask. We should give support when it’s needed. But most important never get angry when someone makes up there on mind. If you can’t control your self do all of us a favor and mind you business.

Altogether now 1, 2, 3 let’s try it. Too Easy!!!
